Lakeside Cycles is a cycle hire and cycle servicing and repair business located at the Coronation Park Boating Lake in Helston, West Cornwall. On the doorstep of the beautiful National Trust Penrose Estate, we provide safe, traffic free cycle hire around this stunning location, one of the most scenic cycle routes in West Cornwall, running from Helston to Loe Bar. This superb location also provides excellent access to the picturesque harbour town of Porthleven with its many cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Lizard Peninsula is also accessible where there are many more stunning cycle routes to explore.

Our workshop facility provides high quality cycle servicing and repairs by our fully qualified professional cycle mechanics. We have the capability to work on all types of bicycles, including ebikes and provide a collection and delivery service if required. Our services include Full Services, Standard Services and safety health checks. We are an official Bosch Ebike Service Centre providing full diagnostics and software updates. We have a wide range of cycles for hire from Hardtail MTBs to junior bikes and kiddie balance bikes, perfect for teaching your little ones how to ride in the safe environment around Helston Coronation Park. We also provide trailers, tag-a-longs and baby seats to ensure all your needs are catered for to enjoy your cycle hire experience. All our hire bikes are regularly serviced and receive a full safety health check before being hired for use. Our bikes can be hired for a full day or numerous days or even weeks depending on your specific needs so please contact us to discuss your requirements. We also provide a cycle drop off service for people who would like them delivered to their accommodation for use during their stay in Cornwall.
